Pricing:
All jobs are performed on an hourly
basis unless otherwise noted in writing. The basic hourly rate is $90/Hour.
Emergency calls on weekends, nights (after 7:00p.m.) & holidays are subject
to a 50% surcharge to the final amount (excluding parts costs). Weekend &
nighttime work done by previously arranged appointment are billed at the
normal hourly rate.
Listed below are estimates for common tasks. These are not to be considered
written quotes for work as each individual case may be different. These
are to be used to give clients an idea of what different tasks may cost.

Onsite visits & house calls have a
minimum charge of 3/4 hour at the current labor rate.
DEPOSITS:
Hardware orders over $200 require a 60% deposit of the total
hardware cost. This deposit becomes non-refundable as soon as we place the
order with our vendors. Because technology and prices fluctuate
rapidly,
deposits for boxed hardware (routers, hubs, etc) are refundable for 7 days
if the equipment is unopened and/or in its original packaging.
RETURNED CHECKS:
Returned check fee is $25. This is
non-negotiable. In the event of a returned check, payment must be made in
the form of cash / bank check / money order.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS:
Office visits & house calls must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior
to the schedule or you will be charged 1 Hour at the current
labor rate. |
